Shipping and handling: Domestic orders are shipped USPS First Class mail or 2 days priority mail, depending upon which option is selected by the buyer. Free shipping for orders of $100 or more will be sent 2 days priority mail. Taking into consideration weekends, holidays, unforeseen weather conditions or man - made occurrences, orders will be shipped 1 - 3 business days after completion of payment. I use packing methods according to the weight and size of the item. Small jewelry pieces are wrapped in tissue paper and placed into an organza bag and small box which Is wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a bubble wrap mailer for shipping. Note: You will receive an email notification stating the date the item ships with a delivery confirmation number.
I want you to be happy with your jewelry! If you wish to return an item, please contact me within three days of receiving it, and ship the item back to me within ten days of receiving it (the receive date is the shipped/delivery date that the Post Office provides on the ship tracking link). Return shipping fees for item will be the Buyer’s responsibility unless buyer received damaged or not as described merchandise. For this reason a buyer needs to provide a photo to my email address of damaged or not-as-described merchandise as proof, prior to shipping returned merchandise. Please enclose a copy of your invoice and include all the original packaging. In the event that a returned package is lost during the shipment back to me, I will not be able to refund you. Once I have received the item I will refund the purchase price (minus the shipping charges). Items must be returned to me in the same condition in which they were shipped to you. Tracking number is required from a buyer for returned purchases as proof of shipping, remitting tracking number to me via email.
